I have made meatloaf maybe 2 times in 40 years but saw this pan and had to try it. My meatloaf was 2lbs of beef and a cup and a half of minced veggies and it fit the pan perfectly. It was easy to remove the loaf when done and the 1/4 inch well on the bottom would allow you to cook higher fat content beef. Best of all its non stick so the clean up is easy. I was really worried about this pan because of all the nooks and crannies. I was afraid it would never produce a loaf without pieces missing.
