The 12" carbon steel wok is great. Though it came pre-seasoned, I seasoned it again before my first use. Made some stir fried rice. The result was amazing. I have been using it for almost 10 days. As I also use a lot of cast iron pans, I am familiar with the seasoning techniques. The non-stick function is amazing. I also have a 14" carbon steel wok from Cuisinart.
