Top notch blender. Has all the bells and whistles. The only thing that disappoints is the plastic pitcher. I thought for sure it would be glass. Other than that, everything works well

So compared to my first Ninja where you hold down the power control at the top, I don't like one part of this blender. One, when I first used it, I didn't realize I was missing a part at the bottom and got liquid everywhere. Then when I figured out how to properly put it together, I found that it still leaks at the bottom. It's not like a normal blender where you can remove the cup portion to pour so that was the disappointing part for me. For how much I paid for it, I'm keeping it but may go with a different Ninja for my smoothie needs.
