This wok is exactly what I needed and getting as an “open box” item made it possible for my budget. We eat a lot of stir fried vegetables and I needed a wok that works on an induction range. This heavy duty, very large wok has an extra handle opposite the regular one, making lifting it from the stove easy. Its non-stick surface works well. I believe one could put it into the dishwasher but it is simple to wash since nothing sticks and it’s really too large to fit. Place the pan into the fully heated oven upside down on the rack above the foil-lined baking sheet. Leave the pan in the oven for an hour. After an hour turn off the oven but leave the pan in there until it is cool to the touch.

What a beautiful pan. The weight is great and the size is perfect. The photos I took don't show the beauty of the pan. I am so impressed with this Lexi Home modern kitchen basics 5 quart non stick stainless steel wok with lid! It arrived quickly and is made of high quality durable material. It has a nice weight that isn’t too heavy for use. I love the unique non stick interior and the smooth bottom surface that doesn’t scratch my stove top.
