Staub Breakfast Pan

Absolutely love this braiser! The 3.5 qt size is perfect for everyday cooking—not too big, but still roomy enough for a family meal. It heats evenly and is so versatile for everything from searing and sautéing to braising and one-pot meals. I also love how beautiful it looks straight from the stove to the table. It is definitely on the heavier side, but the quality feels amazing and well worth it. So happy with this purchase!. Anonymous. Wed Aug 12 2026

For centuries, cooks have taken advantage of the natural heat retention and redistribution properties of cast iron. Staub builds on this tradition with our enameled cast iron cookware. Black matte enamel inside and cooking surface creates a culinary advantage for better browning, braising, roasting, and golden crusts. Safe for use on all types of heat sources, hobs, including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 500°F. Chip-resistant and dishwasher-safe.

The Staub ceramic 4-piece set is the secret to savory casseroles and delicious desserts. The porcelain enamel glaze prevents absorption of moisture during baking, so foods won't dry out. Enjoy gooey mac n' cheese, buttery apple crumble, and moist brownies every time. The set is conveniently stocked with three different sizes and shapes. The 9 by 9-inch square covered baker allows you to bake and serve in the same dish - plus, its lid locks in heat to keep your food warm. The 9-inch oval baking dish is perfect for gratins and crumbles. And the 7.5 by 6-inch rectangular dish is ideal for smaller casseroles. Equally beautiful and durable, the bakeware is extremely resistant to impact and thermal shock. The gorgeous vitreous glass porcelain enamel finish puts a pop of color in your kitchen. Thanks to their chic, classic design, each versatile piece easily transitions from the oven to the table beautifully.

Serve fresh fish directly from the oven to the table: For example, you can gently cook flavourful fish in the cast-iron serving dish from the Staub series and then serve it right to the table afterwards. The oval, elegant design in black draws all attention to your fish dishes in a stylish manner. The serving dish can hold up to 0.7 litres and has an attractive appearance thanks to the lid’s striking brass knob. The lid is also equipped with small nubs to redistribute accumulating condensation to the fish, so that it remains juicy during cooking and the flavours can develop fully. All in all, the dish is 36 cm long (including the handles), 8.4 cm high and 20 cm wide. Like the rest of the cookware from Staub, this oval serving dish stands out because of its modern take on classical French kitchen design. The material is robust and easy to clean, allowing you to easily cook dishes such as fresh fish for friends and family and present it to them in true style.

It’s a beautiful and functional enameled cast iron pan. Love the Staub brand. Clean up is very easy. Used it daily since buying, for both fish and vegetables. Couldn’t resist adding the knob as well.. Amaya. Bayonne, NJ. Mon Jun 15 2026

The Baking Shell creates the perfect environment for baking great bread. Lightweight and easy to handle, it requires no preheating. Heat quickly passes through the shell and steam is trapped under it. To use, just slide the bread dough onto any flat baking surface in your oven and place the shell over it. For the perfect combination of a classic dough rise and crackling crispy crust, lift the shell off halfway through baking.

The enameled cast iron Signature Everyday pan has a generous depth and wide surface area that is perfect for everything from pan roasting and frying to one-pan meals, simmering sauces, and more. It essentially combines the benefits of a braiser with the ease of use of a fry or sauté pan. Slightly curved sides make it effortless to stir, flip, and serve, while oversized handles provide a secure grip for transferring from stove to oven to table. Crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron, the interior surface is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. The FINEX Cast Iron Skillet with lid was inspired by a time when a polished cast iron skillet was at the heart of every American kitchen but designed to meet the expectations of today's cooks. Like the best antique skillets, it has a polished ultra-smooth cooking surface for minimal sticking and easy cleaning. Unlike your grandparent's skillet, the distinctive geometric shape is pour-friendly and the stainless-steel spring handle cools down quickly.

Definitely a piece that you will pass down. It’s it has the durability of cast iron but it’s also beautiful and unique. Simply gorgeous!. Mandisa. Glen Cove, NY. Sun Apr 12 2026
