Calphalon Signature Nonstick pots and pans are also dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. I decided to send these back when I realized they are not really stay-cool handles. The fine print on the manufacturer's website essentially tells you to always use a pot holder. For this kind of money, and given the high quality of the non-stick finish, they should have put silicone on the handles for handling them. Love. The biggest pan has gotten a lot of use. It does seem to have some discoloration but in its defense it did get used on high on a gas stove which is discouraged in the literature. That relative is now delegated to egg and potato peeling exclusively.. Kelley. Memphis Tn. Wed Sep 16 2026
