This chair does mimic a Stressless chair ( which we also have) you can definitely tell the difference in quality but we didn't want to spend that much money for another Stressless chair. A little disappointed in this chair. It sits very low to the ground and there is no way to adjust it. My husband wants to keep it, so we will live with it. Easy to assemble. The fit is good (for a person 5'5" to 5'10".. I'm 5'7"). The leather has a nice feel to it. It's a firm sit (compared to two other stress-less type chairs that I've sat in). It reclines to a point that you could easily fall asleep in it (and the reclining mechanism works well). My reason for 4 stars instead of 5... the stool. The stool's base is to small. As you rotate a bit in the chair and your feet move from the center of the stool, the stool becomes out of balanced and can tip.
