It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. I bought this recliner to assist in my knee replacement comfort. The only downside is sometimes I feel like I have to keep pushing back to remain in a totally reclined position additionally, if you are looking for a wrap you up squishy comfort -this is not your chair-it does the job and is easy on the eyes.
