This chair caught my eye while I was browsing for a new recliner. I loved the size, style, print and colors. Just what I wanted. Shipping was super fast at 3 or 2 days can't recall. It was left at my fromt door. I'm a female senior of 71 years old and I was able to slide the box inside , thank goodness with no issues. Unboxing was easy, assembly was so easy as well. The chair itself is exactly what I wanted. Kicking back to recline is easy , doesn't take much and sitting back up is simple. Now I'm barely 5 ft, weight 138lbs. I really do not recommend this chair for tall people or heavy set people. When I lay back my head sits at the top of the chair and my feet hang off the chair. So I can't imagine this chair being comfortable for tall people or bigger people. It is perfect for a small person like myself. But hey I guess if anyone wants to take a chance by all means. Few things 1. Box is heavy - need two people to carry inside 2. The chair cushion is firm but comfy - and because of that, I find sits a bit high. Am hoping with time seat cushion will mellow a bit. 3. My husband and I are both under 6’ I can see if you are taller than that the chair especially in reclined mode will not fit you well. 4. The chair does fully recline to an almost horizontal mode you just need to pull the chair away from the wall if you have it close to allow space. Received the new chair this morning. Husband was able to bring the box in through the front door (36") without a problem. No plastic wrap but the two pieces were packed nicely and inside a cheese cloth like bag. Legs screwed on easy and the back snapped into place with no issues. Description says seat cushion is removable, I'm disappointed to find that it is not. Back rest isn't high enough to rest your head and neck on when sitting or reclining. I reviewed the dimensions and reviews many times and did not think that was going to be the case. The push back is smooth and easy as is bringing it back to upright position. Fabric is more polyester feeling than I would prefer or thought it would be based on review photos. Several reviews said it was more gray than beige. I don't find that true. It's a darker beige and the design is light beige. I placed a light gray pillow in the chair for comparisons and contrast. It sits high and very firm, exactly as I wanted. The arm rests are comfortable for me. The purpose of the new chair was to replace the old worn sloughing one and give my living room a new look. Very cute recliners. Fits perfectly for my small space. Was concerned with reviews but had none of the issues mentioned by others. My husband is 5’10” and fits comfortably in these chairs.
