This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. The cup holders, USB port and pockets are nice extras.. Kelly. Peoria, IL. Fri Jul 31 2026

Not the best sit for me (6’6” 240 lbs), but the girls love the sit, comfort, massage, and heat. I would not buy again for me personally. But I Can’t lie , I like the heated seat. Units were delivered while tracking showed them not even shipped. Which was a problem cause we’re not at the address full time. Does require 2 receptacles. Seems like real leather.. I’m stuck between 4 & 5 stars. Joy. Roxboro, NC. Sun Mar 16 2025
