This is so nice! Very heavy, soft yet firm, there are 4 separate pillows, 2 arms, 1 the back, and 1 seat cushion. No directions though, so allow me to assist. Largest pillow, is the back of the chair, medium pillow is the seat cushion, smaller are for the arms. Don’t remotely believe the hype with one customer review below where the seat appears to be sunken in, in one area, possibly buyer error, wrong pillow in the wrong location. This chair is awesome!!! It came in a small box and we let it puff up. We put it in our 11yo son's room and it's a great place to have his friends hang out, and at their size, they've even slept overnight on it.
