I love this bed frame! It is just what I was looking for. It is very sturdy and was easy to put together. The natural color is a little more orange than I thought it would be but it works well with our other furniture.. Margaret. Massachusetts. Thu Oct 15 2026

Experience the perfect intersection of ancient craftsmanship and modern convenience. The Carruthers Japanese Joinery Bed Frame features our signature "Mjölnir" design—a tool-free, interlocking system that is as strong as it is beautiful. With a sleek, headboard-free Mid-Century Modern silhouette, this solid wood bed frame is designed to maximize your space and let your personal style take center stage. No screws, no stress, just a rock-solid foundation built to last a lifetime.

We got it quickly and set it up last weekend. As reviewed by others-very easy assembly. It is heavy, solid. I worry about the space between the slats being a bit wide. We have a heavy mattress - hope it holds well. I love the look! Goes well with my mid century dresser and high boy. The legs stick out a bit so we have each stubbed our toes-gotta get used to that-lol. Elle. Rockport, TX. Sat Oct 10 2026

The Sapa platform bed makes its case through restraint. With no headboard to draw the eye, what remains is pure structure: a low, clean frame that lets the room breathe around it. It is a design suited to the bedroom that has learned to do without excess. The horizontal profile sits quiet and grounded, leaving the wall behind it open and the floor space uncrowded. Beneath that simplicity, the frame is built entirely from solid wood and assembled using traditional Japanese mortise-and-tenon joinery, hand-crafted joints that interlock without screws or bolts to deliver silent, lasting stability. Reinforced to a 1000 lb capacity, it is far stronger than its spare appearance suggests. A silent slat system holds beneath without creak or shift, and the whole assembles in about 30 to 45 minutes without power tools. The Sapa platform bed asks for very little and gives a great deal in return: a calm, uncluttered foundation for rest.

Hello Im totally in love wth the simplicity of this platform bed frame It is well made and made of solid wood. The color is beautiful I wanted something simple but makes a statement The joinery makes it easy to put together and it totally carries itself with no headboard to take away from the Beautiful wood. It was a bit on the heavy side since it is SOLID WOOD ... but each piece is very straight-forward as to where its suppose to go... after all it just has 4 sides ) I put it together by myself it was a bit of a balancing act... lol ... I had read in reviews that people were complaining that you need two to put it together...you can just lean one of the long sides onto a wall then slide in the two shorter sides and then you slide the two other ends of the short side ... WELLA YOUR BED IS MADE Soo0oo... NO YOU DONT NEED TWO PEOPLE ... I PUT IT TOGETHER SOLO, JUST LIL OLE ME ) Mercedes from OK Change. Mercedes. OK. Sun Oct 04 2026

I'm very happy with the metal bed frame. Comfortable and sturdy. I have limited storage, so appreciate that I can store things underneath the frame (air conditioner during winter, winter clothes during summer, etc.). I attached the frame to a metal headboard, and it looks like the two go together. The only draw back is that over time the mattress shifts one or two inches on the frame; however it is very easy to shift the mattress back so it aligns with the headboard.. Edisa. NY. The Fold Bed is a low-profile platform bed that folds in half for storage or moving, about 8.5 inches thick when folded. It's made in Athens, Georgia from solid, unfinished tulip poplar, with no plywood, MDF or particle board. Great for guest rooms, dorms or everyday use.

This is the perfect platform bed that I was searching for. Our small spare bedroom's main use is as a "man cave," but on occasion when our son comes to visit, we need a good platform to put a mattress on. This was super easy to put together, folds up nicely and we can put it in a corner of the room out of the way when it's not in use.. Jurintha. CT. Mon Oct 12 2026

Very sturdy, but it does squeak after having it for a year or so. It was worth the price, but I will be getting a different one next time.. Anonymous. Thu Oct 15 2026

Perfect for for what we needed. Super easy to put together. Maybe 1 hour. I know there is a sticky to hold the mattress in place, but a small lip at the end would help to hold in place. We purchased a twin so the mattress is lighter weight. I would get again.. Colleen. Chicago, IL. Mon Sep 07 2026

Elevate your bedroom with this beautifully crafted solid wood bed frame, featuring a plush cream bouclé headboard and elegant cylinder legs. The sturdy solid wood construction ensures long-lasting support, while the gently curved, upholstered headboard adds a cozy and sophisticated touch. This is a great deal. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the headboard feels a little less sturdy of a connection than it could be. But it’s beautiful and can fit a lot of home designs. Good clearance under the bed for storing things.. Brooke. San Diego, CA. Thu Oct 15 2026

Crafted from natural rubber wood and durable plywood slats, With reliable slats, Whether embracing a minimalist aesthetic or indulging in bohemian fantasies, this bed will elevate the look of your space, ideal for adding personality to your bedroom.

Good materials and overall sturdy but it’s not easy to put together. You pretty much NEED a drill and two people. The center supporting legs do not all reach the floor so sitting down on it can cause noise. The frame is also bigger than a queen size mattress so there will definitely be a gap on one end.. Create a relaxed, casual retreat in your bedroom with the Mendon bed frame. Crafted from solid rubberwood, the Mendon features a classic walnut brown finish that complements any color palette. Its low platform and angled, tapered legs are reminiscent of cool, mid-century modern design. Add some crisp white sheets and a plush duvet to complete the look. This bed includes wood slats, which eliminate the need for a box spring.

Shown are the dimensions for the full size bed frame. Without the legs, the width is 56 ⅝ inches, with the legs the width is 58 inches. Under the bed is a hair over 10 inches. Not pictured, but the length was 76 to 76 ½ inches. The quality is a solid 4 out of 5. For the price I paid, under 300, I felt like I got what I paid for. There are some tiny imperfections on the frame, and some moderate imperfections on the plywood slats and support legs. But I dont feel like its going to snap on me or anything. Its a sturdy bed frame, very attractive. The height is perfect for me, gives me a bit of storage room underneath without making the bed too high. The frame wood is a good walnut color, fairly evenly stained with natural appeal. The rounded edges are great, no stabbing my shins. The legs are on the outside, but the gap at the headboard means it doesnt run up against my baseboards. Overall I would recommend the bed! Assembly was fairly easy. I managed it on my own, but it would be easier with two. The only issue with the bed is the freaking wood screws. It comes with an allen key, which every other part of the assembly uses, but every other slat is supposed to be secured with wood screws (the other half are with allen wrench bolts). This feels like seriously cheaping out. The wood screws are probably fine with any sort of drill, but I only own manual screwdrivers and couldnt manage to drive them into the frame. The screws are meant to screw into the hardwood frame which is very difficult by hand. I ended up giving up and just putting tiny felt squares under that half of the slats, to prevent noise. When I get a drill Ill add them in.. Liam. Michigan. Fri Oct 02 2026

Support your mattress with GhostBed's foundation, frame and box spring alternative in one, featuring quick-snap assembly—no tools required! Sturdy, all-metal construction holds up to 3,000 lbs and replaces the need for a box spring or separate metal frame. Use with any mattress 9” height and up with 14” total height and a generous 12” under-bed clearance for storage. Easy, quick-snap assembly—no tools required!

A great buy! And the low level is a real benefit for my husband, who, in his 90s, has very stiff joints that make it hard to get in and out of a high bed. Also good in case of a fall. We’ve had the bed for several months, and it’s holding up very well. No sagging or wear.. Kathleen. US. Sat Jun 20 2026
