This is great. Seems structurally stable. Easy to put together. Two complaints. The silver metal bolts are visible on the outside of the posts, so I’m spray painting those to match the frame. The bigger complaint is that the mattress slides. The bottom rails are smooth and flush. there’s no recessed area for the mattress to sit in to keep it in place. So happy to find a solid frame that will lower my bed to an acceptable height that we can get in and out of easily. The frame seems pretty lightweight, but the person putting it together said it's sturdy. I ordered this for a guest bedroom, so it won't be getting daily use. I like the roominess under the bed allowed by the height of the bed frame, which makes it good for storage if you're inclined. The 14" tall frame gives about 12" of space under it. A heavy-duty bed frame that will fit twin, full (double) and ¾(48”) bedding. This frame requires the use of a foundation or box spring. This heavy-duty frame has four (4) legs that utilize our uniquely designed glides. The frame using these glides has been tested with a 2000-pound load. Guaranteeing the structural integrity of the part is perfectly consistent from one part to the next. The glides are stronger than a wheel while maintaining the same or better mobility. These glides are safe on all flooring surfaces. They will not mark or scuff a wood floor like wheels. This frame sits approximately 7 1/2" off the floor. If no headboard is used, the headboard brackets can be left off and the bed centered on the frame, assuring that the frame cannot bump and damage the wall. All tools are included for a simple, quick, trouble-free assembly process. This frame utilizes a bolt together assembly which allows it to be adjusted to fit ¾(48”) bedding. The frame simply bolts together through slots and holes in the rails with the provided hardware and tools at the correct width for the bedding being used. Headboard brackets are included and must be bolted onto the frame to ensure maximum adjustability to fit all designs of headboards. The headboard brackets are adjustable in both height and width and have 2 1/2" and 4"-hole centers. All hardware and tools required for assembly as well as mounting the frame to a headboard are included. The steel in this frame is a high strength, high carbon, hot rolled steel. We had to flip the footboard to where we were putting the headboard to make the holes match - so before you panic, try that!
