My partner and I have been using this split frame for a few months now and we love it. This is our first hollow box spring after living with an old coil box spring for so long. Though there are definitely differences, we sleep just as well on it. Just what I needed. I found it hard to find boxsprings that you don't have to assemble! I did NOT want to have to assemble them. These are good because they ship in two not-too-large boxes. I was able to handle them myself without help. You simply unpack, unfold it, and put it on the bed. No assembly required. Taking off one star because there were a couple staples poking out of one of them, but once I laid it flat, that was the part that went together so they are not exposed in any way.. Kg.
