Control is easy with the included multifunctional remote or intuitive touch buttons on the unit. Built-in overheat protection adds peace of mind for households with children or pets, so you can relax and enjoy the realistic logs and dancing flames in complete comfort.

I ordered this and assembled it for a family member. The mantel needs to be assembled and it took about an hour. All you really need is a screwdriver. The material was a decent quality and it fit together well. Even the faux stone surround, which I thought could look cheesy, looks good. Mounting the electric insert was probably the most "challenging" and that only took a handful of screws. Overall the recipient was very pleased with it. The built-in heater works well for a small room space. We like that it has a timer so you can "set and forget" it, especially if one has a habit of falling a sleep in their living room chair. We gifted the recipient a small stand-alone speaker that makes a variety of fire crackling sounds. While no one would mistake these for real fireplaces, they are much safer, cleaner, and can still create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.. Brian. NJ. Mon Oct 12 2026

Love the top of this fireplace!! It’s hollow but looks beautiful. We love the look of this fireplace even the original color looked nice. The other reviews are true the panels chip very easy at the corners but it wasn’t a problem for us bc we wanted a black fireplace. It’s kind of silly we bought this to paint it BUT we loved the look just not the color we wanted plus it was on sale and other black fireplaces were over 1500 dollars so we saved 800 with a little labor.. It is beautiful but they forgot to put the crystals for the fireplace and the handles for the cabinet doors in with it. I didn’t get it assembled because it said it didn’t need it but I wish I had. It is too heavy for me and my senior husband to lift or move. Trying to find someone to help us since we have no family in town.. Cynthia. Depauw, IN. Sat Aug 29 2026
