We received our order. It looked on the line like it was a one solid piece of furniture when we got it. It was in a dozen or more pieces. That is not what we thought we were getting. Maybe I didn’t read it. Good enough I don’t know, and I just assume that all of these gas heaters had blowers Did not have one so now I’m stumped. How do I get a blower in that? They offered to send us a new unit but we’d have to dissemble, box and ship the entire thing back. We decided to toss the grate and keep the unit as all the other elements work fine. First we start with HD high grade steel and powder coat it black for additional longevity. With two rows of burners you will fill your fireplace or fire pit with flames. Our connection kit is assembled using matching components to assure the best performance. We start with our 10" x 3/8" Non-Whistle Flex line and add fittings to connect our dual flame burner to your 3/8" OR 1/2" male flare gas line coming into your fireplace. The 1/2 inch connection hub on both ends allows you to connect from either side. We add Premium Silica Sand to this deluxe kit to cover the burner ensuring there is no audible sounds from the burner. Lastly, we included a solid steel log grate with steps in the back to elevate the rear log. Just place your existing logs on the log grate and your ready to go!
