We received our order. It looked on the line like it was a one solid piece of furniture when we got it. It was in a dozen or more pieces. That is not what we thought we were getting. Maybe I didn’t read it. Good enough I don’t know, and I just assume that all of these gas heaters had blowers Did not have one so now I’m stumped. How do I get a blower in that? I purchased this the first one had broken bricks they sent out a replacement one and that one was terrible It had broken bricks and the seal around the door was off . Comes standard to run on natural gas but also available for liquid propane use.

Picture of product is a little deceiving. Pic shows a surround around the fireplace which is not included, instead being a $500 accessory. It works fine, but has some serious quality issues. The grate on the top that sits over the coals buckled warped and popped after the first fire. And when my husband was putting it together one of the screw holes wasn’t threaded and he had to finagle it. They offered to send us a new unit but we’d have to dissemble, box and ship the entire thing back. We decided to toss the grate and keep the unit as all the other elements work fine. This unit allows wood framing and can be installed without a surround, finishing material installed right up to the glass for a simplified modern look, or with the durable 3” stainless steel surround. The unit even comes with a stainless steel cover for protection when not in use. Tahoe 45ol comes with a rock and Black Onyx fire glass media, and a stainless steel frame.

We love the look and its heat. Installation was easy. We do find we have a burned off propane smell, but we solved this by having an air purifier next to it, makes us feel its safer that way. The propane industry may tell us all its safe to breathe those off gases, but like now known re natural gas, its better to not have those, so I would always suggest a good gas removing air purifier in the room, just my opinion.. Our Powder Coated HD Fireplace Steel Dual Row burner kit is complete with everything you need to start or refresh your indoor or outdoor fireplace or fire pit project. First we start with HD high grade steel and powder coat it black for additional longevity. With two rows of burners you will fill your fireplace or fire pit with flames. Our connection kit is assembled using matching components to assure the best performance. We start with our 10" x 3/8" Non-Whistle Flex line and add fittings to connect our dual flame burner to your 3/8" OR 1/2" male flare gas line coming into your fireplace. The 1/2 inch connection hub on both ends allows you to connect from either side. We add Premium Silica Sand to this deluxe kit to cover the burner ensuring there is no audible sounds from the burner. Lastly, we included a solid steel log grate with steps in the back to elevate the rear log. Just place your existing logs on the log grate and your ready to go! This deluxe burner kit gives you exactly what you want, the tallest and best looking flames! We recommend that all gas products be installed and serviced by certified NFI or WETT professionals.

hardware was not right size for USA installation - but plumber had the needed line and connection....the product itself is of good quality, nice strength and finish> See the flames they are high and beautiful.
