We love it! Its more firm than the picture looks. It does not have the "male and female clips" as stated that lock the pieces together, but it makes for easy rearranging (see picture). It comes in 6 large boxes. Its easy to put together, all you have to do is screw the legs on. You can definitely rearrange some of the pieces. Its very comfortable and perfect for movie nights.. Where to begin Well, I have to start by saying that this sofa is what dreams are made of. We are family of 5 with 3 boys and a frenchie but we did not want to compromise on style and comfort. I wanted RH style cloud sofa but that one when we tested ,we didn’t like super low seating , the very less cushion in those seats and the fact that every time you would have to flufff the seats and 3xthe price. Even though we had no way to test this sofa but I took the plunge by knowing the fact that Sean and Catherine are parents and they must have thought through all of it and I am so glad that I went with my instincts and made the decision to purchase this beautiful sectional.This sofa checks all the boxes-kid and pet friendly, modular look and deep seating , solid yet comfy seats. There were very less pictures on Wayfair in the reviews so I wasn’t sure about the exact color what we would be getting bit it is true to the description- true sand color. As you can see in my pictures, my husband who is 6’2” is laying on it and still there is enough room for rest of the clan. And it is not very low which was major concern for us, it has 18” seat height which works best for us. Wayfair team somehow messed up our order we got qualified for 2 year no interest financing for 2500, and I asked them to put all of the amount first on Wayfair cc and then put the remaining balance on my personal credit card but they did the other way around . They charged my personal account with major chunk and put only 500 on Wayfair credit card , I don’t understand how they can make this big error, after calling them numerous times they said your ticket is open this will be corrected but after almost 25 days they send an email by saying once the order is processed amount cannot be adjusted, if they would have told us on the very first day we would have canceled the transaction and hopefully reordered this. I wish they are more careful with transaction especially of big amounts and avoid all these unnecessary hassle on customer’s end. Soooo… I love her! She doesn’t have a name yet, but after further naps and familial insight, I’m sure we’ll come up with something. All jokes aside, this sectional is LEGIT. I just went through the worst break up of my LIFE… finding a new place during the pandemic was traumatic annnnnd I left with absolutely nothing. No furniture. None. This was my first purchase as a free woman and I couldn’t be more pleased. I needed a pick me up and coming home to see this beauty in my living room after long nights at work definitely did the trick. I received the email alert that it was back in stock earlier than expected and ordered it ASAP(it does NOT last long 3 days or so later… gone). The estimated delivery was very accurate. Grateful. I opted for the upgraded entryway delivery. Very much necessary, as I live on the second floor. I did have to reschedule my delivery time and date initially I work nights and the 3-7p.m window just was not feasible. Again, seamless. The delivery team called 30 minutes prior to arriving and were on time, also reasonably pleasant considering the nasty cold, two flights of stairs and my two MASSIVE parcels. The boxes are huge. Seriously. I measured my door before ordering, still, the railing in front of my door didn’t allow for the boxes to be maneuvered properly. Again, the delivery men were SAINTS. They took both pieces out of the boxes and eased them right in. Again, very grateful. The couch was protected by the heavy plastic film shown in the picture. I cut that off VERY carefully and took literally 10 seconds to attach the two adjoining pieces. Piece of cake. Since she’s been in my home, I’ve rolled and layed. Layed and rolled. I’ve stretched out, kicked back, feet up. No drooling as of yet… but very close to it. The sectional is absolutely what I expected it to be Luxurious. It’s soft, velvety, extremely wide and PERFECT for your bachelorette pad ladiessss. Obviously I’m structuring my entire living room layout around this piece and I’m SO excited. It’s big. Definitely a statement. In a good way. Not a regular “couch”. This is a cool couch. All jokes aside, if you look at this particular item and like it… just get it. I searched for something comparable and there’s nothing out there. This is the one. Unlike my ex boyfriend, it will not disappoint. Thank you, Wayfair!
