I LOVE this couch! Literally only took a few hours to inflate, the packaging was extreme but I’m totally fine with that because it didn’t come damaged at all. And super convenient that the cushions, pillows and hardware all come in the bottom of the couch. When you pull it all out you just velcrow the bottom back on and it stays when you screw the feet on. If I could give this sectional a 10, I would.. the online picture does not give this set justice. It is absolutely stunning. Its 11 pieces, I couldnt get all in the picture. My husband got home from work, took a shower nestled into what he called his SPOT. I had to wake him to go to bed. Its sturdy and well put together. The delivery guys were awesome and had it together quickly. The 5 recliners were the deal breaker for me. My husband said this was worth the money spent. We ordered this in the 82" Palermo Drift leather and it's beautiful. The color is a bit lighter than it appears in the product photos. One of the reasons I suspect is due to the bloom that developed. I'm not sure if it occurred during shipping or sitting in a warehouse, but there is a dusty look that is indicative of leather blooming. This type of leather is susceptible to it and it does make it look a bit aged. I'm not sure how I feel about it and will likely try to buff it to see if it improves. It also easily shows scratches. Aside from that, it is incredibly comfortable and is the perfect height for our Colin live edge dining table. The product info indicates it seats 3, but our whole family of 4 fit with room for another person or two. It's super spacious and is perfect in our great room. Good buy for the price. Nice fabric - soft, easy to clean and vacuum. It seems wider than 40". Easily seats 2 people or 1 person and 4 dogs! It is firmer than I like - am hoping the seat cushion will soften up a bit (I've had it for 4 days). There appears to be some kind of a brace or support running down the middle of the seat that causes you to slip off to the side a bit unless you're centered on it when sitting or reclining. I ordered the Edgecomb Sofa with Chaise in Dorset Taupe. The fabric is beautiful and wears well. The sofa cushions are very comfortable. The chaise cushion is where the problem lies. Either the feet end of the chaise cushion is over stuffed, or the top of the ottoman is too high, thereby causing a sinking sensation when you sit on the chaise. Wayfair replaced the sofa once due to the issue. However, they did not correct the problem and the second sofa has the same problem. I then paid someone to cut down the legs of the ottoman, hoping this would solve the problem. I did not. Very disappointed. This is a design flaw that needs to be addressed. I am going to attempt to order a separate sofa cushion to replace the chaise and do away with the ottoman and chaise completely. I will post an update.. Barbara. Philadelphia, PA. Sun Mar 30 2025
