I absolutely love this sectional couch! I have to be honest, I was really nervous about ordering this. Some reviews weren't the best. I was worried about it coming in 4 different shipments, which I also have to be honest, 3 boxes came excatly on time and the 4th and main box came the day after. This didn't bother me to badly. I think everyone needs to practice patience sometimes. The cushions sprang right up. The covers went on easily. I like they can go on and off to wash. I thought the instructions were easy enough. In my opinion, it definitely takes two people to link the pieces into place but all in all, set up took maybe an hour if that. The storage seat lifts good and the pull-out slides up and out nicely. Easy to do. This couch is so incredibly soft! I super love the way it feels. I've had this a few week's now and have had zero issues. Except trying to keep my little dog off! Lol! He thinks it's his new bed. The cushions are firm but not to firm. Perfect size for my living room and family. I didn't want something huge taking up our entire space and I just wasn't finding that at the furniture stores. I'll say one last thing, I do advise combing this to keep it fluffy. Which I find rather soothing to do. Other than that, this is a great piece. If you're on the fence but the dimensions fit your space and you love soft and fluffy, just get it. You'll be happy you did! ☺️. Denise. Dolores, CO. Tue Sep 15 2026

I absolutely love the look of this couch. It fits great in my living room and will seat plenty of people. It was easy to put together, and it's a major perk that you can customize the way that the pieces fit together. Like other reviews stated, it's firm but still comfortable. Great value for the price.. This is the first time I’ve shopped at this store I hadn’t heard good things, but I took a chance and decided to see for myself. I am delighted with my new sofas after long, hard hours of work, rest is essential, and these are perfect. They have so many great qualities—the only downside was that the packages arrived on different days—but otherwise, everything is excellent. Anonymous From Maryland. Maryland. Sat Sep 19 2026

I wish that the Wayfair website had allowed me to buy one of the other options offered with this particular sectional as I would have gotten the option that had one more seat section instead. That said this is a small sectional that works for a small living room (seats 4 people). It is comfortable and looks nice. Since I am an older person I took advantage of having a Wayfair associate assemble this sectional. The young man who came was wonderful and did an excellent job of putting the sectional together although he did have a hard time aligning the sections to each other. I would definitely recommend this sectional for someone who has a small space and a limited budget.. Pat. Bridgeton, NJ. Thu Oct 01 2026

Beautiful hunter green, firm, easy to assemble. Delivery came in 3 separate orders within days of each other. Lightweight, plenty of storage in the loveseat, ottoman, and the chase as well! Not too big, its a smaller sectional for small space but it has plenty of room especially when you pull out the trundle underneath. I give it a five star! I love it so far. Seems like it wipes off easy. Just waiting on my rug to be delivered to bring it all together!!! It’s cozy already and I pat myself on the back for this purchase!. Eisa. Illinois. Tue Sep 08 2026

So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

Generous size, larger than expected. Soft yet firm cushion top. Fabric feels good, velvety. Ottoman will store two lap blankets nicely. Color of ottoman is the color that I saw online but the description stated BLUE, so I stepped out on a limb and ordered it, hoping it would be blue. It looks green or teal to me. I like the ottomans enough that I am keeping them and have ordered fabric to sew a top to match my existing chairs. The only negative is that the LEGS ARE PLASTIC and with a plastic molded tip. Can't remove the tip like I usually do with furniture legs, so I ordered wood legs online, and they fit perfectly. The ottomans have some weight to them, so I placed adhesive sliders under the legs so I can easily move them on the carpet.. Brenda. Caddo Mills, TX. Fri Sep 04 2026

Many years on, this is still a great sofa. I have cats, and the fabric may honestly be about the best-case scenario for a cat household. As you can see in my admittedly dirty sofa photo, claws do occasionally pull up little loops, but they can easily be trimmed or pulled out with very little effect on the overall appearance of the fabric. The modular parts have held up extremely well too. We have reconfigured the sofa plenty of times over the years, and all of the hinges and connectors are still solid. The connectors are substantial metal pieces, not little plastic clips, and nothing has loosened up or broken with repeated use. The storage under the seats is still one of my favorite features. There is a surprising amount of room in there, and having storage built into basically every section makes the whole modular design much more useful. After years of regular use, pets, moving pieces around, opening and closing the storage, and generally not babying it, it has held up remarkably well. I would absolutely buy it again.. Skipp. US. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Happy With This Couch! I’m very happy with this couch! Shipping was fast, and everything arrived in great condition. The couch is very well made, with a sturdy base that feels solid and durable. The fabric is soft while still feeling like it will hold up well to everyday use. The cushions are on the firmer side, but I’m hoping they soften a little with time and use. I really like the overall design and functionality, especially for a U-shaped sectional with a pull-out sleeper and the two storage ottomans have ample storage for two large throw blankets and spare pillows. Easily sleeps someone over six feet tall. Most importantly, this couch fits really well in a smaller space without feeling too cramped. It looks great, feels sturdy, and offers a lot of functionality for the size. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it!. Carley. Edmonds, WA. Tue Sep 01 2026

This sectional brings a modular design to your home, making it easy to customize your seating arrangement as your needs change. It’s crafted with a solid wood frame and upholstered in chenille fabric for a soft, textured feel. The reversible orientation allows you to configure the layout to best fit your space. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of this couch! As far as comfort goes, it’s just right, not too firm and not too soft. My husband was very nervous about me buying this and now he loves it and falls asleep on it every night! The fabric is a really nice lush quality true velvet. It cleans up super easy, I already had to spot clean it and I was super nervous about this color due to my dogs and kids but so far anything I had to spot clean came right out so easy. Plus the covers can be removed on the back cushions as well as the seat cushions to wash in the machine so you really can’t go wrong, if you’re like me and always wanted a cream color couch but never gave in because of your kids and dogs, you can finally take the plunge! I love how I can switch this around to make different configurations. This room was a traditional dining room with a big table and hutch but now it is a multifunction dendining roomspare room. I can turn the couch into a bed when guests come, and when I have a dinner party, the couch will be used as a dining bench with my Transformer table. I haven’t tested out the height to the table for that but if it’s a little too low, I plan on replacing all the feet with something a little taller and nicer with a warm wood tone that would elevate and make this look even more expensive. I’ve never ordered a couch online that came in a box but I’m telling you, this one is totally worth the money and looks way more expensive than it was. One thing I definitely recommend is using the steamer when you open it to smooth any wrinkles in the fabric from the cushions being compressed for shipping. As you can see compared to some of the other reviews, my couch is totally smooth. Super happy, if you’re nervous about all the same things I was, just do it, GET THE COUCH! Note-The photos make it look like the cushions are different colors almost but that is not the case, it is just the shadows playing off of the light.. Taunya. Long Island, NY. Mon Sep 28 2026

This couch is so cute and fits perfect in my little apartment!! If anyone is wondering, this couch came in 6 boxes total, each box was 40-50 lbs with the heaviest weighing over 65lbs. The only complaint I have is with the directions. They listed a part that was apparently needed, but through reading the instructions on how to put the couch together, it turns out that it wasn’t needed at all and was just a ghost part lol. Abbi.
