Mahogany Armoires & Wardrobes

Filled with warmth and farmhouse comfort, this single-door cabinet is inspired by jelly cabinets of the mid-1800s, when an abundance of the jam was always in demand. Nestled in a tight place that you don’t want to waste, this space-saving shabby elegance shelving unit will organize your kitchen essentials, bathroom towels, or office books. Light distressing highlights the hand-rubbed beauty of the wood, adding traditional charm in relaxed cottage style.

This went back. I do not recommend it. Pieces of wood were falling off when I took it out of the box, (which was also falling apart.) Wayfair is very good about returns and they came and got it. At first they told me to bring it to a UPS store to ship it back. It was a huge, broken apart, heavy box. I told them I can't physically get it in my car. No prob. they picked it up.. Nono. SC. The armoire arrived a couple of days ahead of schedule. Our house is built up - the garage is underneath - and the delivery driver brought the armoire up the stairs into the house. I appreciated that! The packing was excellent - it was well protected for the shipment. The armoire is exactly as described on the web site. Color/staining is good. Construction of the armoire is good as well. The only issue is the latch on one door is a little tricky - sometimes it doesn't catch and the door opens, but we're getting used to that and have figured out how to close consistently.. John. It is a great cabinet because of its multi-functionality it can fit into an office, living room, family room, or even dining room. I could not believe how well packaged this armoire was when it arrived. I think it would have taken a major event to have ever damaged it in transit. So it arrived in perfect condition and is a very attractive and solid piece. I saw the keys and thought that they were probably the same key for each compartment, but no. Each compartment has its own key with a different number labeled inside to identify each key. I am also thrilled that it’s unique, and very hard to find, size has ended my long search. To top it off, it’s solid wood so no outgasing of dangerous chemicals from the manufactured wood that so many of the armoires are made of. I don’t write reviews all that often but had to for this. Can you tell I’m happy with it?. Susan. Cary, NC. Tue Mar 24 2020
