A Lodge Enamel Dutch Oven is an amazing compliment to any season, with home cooks creating soups and stews, or buttery cobblers.

I couldn’t be happier with this Dutch oven! It’s absolutely gorgeous and looks beautiful sitting on my stovetop when I’m not using it. Beyond the looks, the quality is fantastic. It feels heavy, durable, and heats evenly, making everything from soups and stews to pot roast turn out perfectly. The size is exactly what I was hoping for—large enough for family meals and batch cooking, but still easy to handle. It’s one of those pieces that is both functional and beautiful, and I know I’ll be reaching for it for years to come. Highly recommend!. Shelley. US. Sun Jul 26 2026

Le Creuset’s braiser is crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron and is uniquely designed to provide steady, even heat to transform tough cuts of meat and hearty vegetables into tender, flavorful dishes. The wide base allows ingredients to be placed in a single layer for searing without crowding; once the liquid is added, the heavy lid circulates steam to lock in moisture and flavor. Durable and easy to clean, the versatile shape of the braiser also makes it perfect for sautéing, shallow frying, steaming, casseroles, and serving dishes at the table – the ideal pan for every day.

The color sea salt is beautiful! Love cooking in everyday. Juliet. Fri May 08 2026

Marble is prized for its enduring style that withstands heat and the elements, a reason why it has been historically used for everything from architecture to art. The pieces in the Le Creuset marble collection are inspired by this timeless appeal and patterned with a delicate gray-blue veined marble appliqué on a classic white backdrop. Evocative of the celebrated stone of Carrara, Italy, the appliqué lends an artisanal touch that ensures every piece is a culinary work of art. The marble collection brings a classic, modern, and luxurious elegance to every kitchen and table.

I purchased the 5 qt size. It is very large, comfortably holds 8 boneless chicken thighs for braising flat against the bottom surface. Neither the electric heating element on my glass cooktop stove nor my PIC Inversion Cooktop are able to heat the outer edge of this pan because of its very large diameter. If using electric or PIC Inversion Cooktop, perhaps consider purchasing the 3.5 quart or smaller for best heat distribution while cooking. Clean up was easy in warm soapy water. Lid is crazy heavy... moreso than the pan itself. Again, I bought the BIG DADDY 5 qt. sized one! Beautiful. Timeless. Future family heirloom.. Ilene. Bellingham, WA. Wed Feb 24 2021

NanoNond presents an entirely new category of clean cooking, stick resistant cookware. Instead of formulating a new coating , we made the cookware itself better, stronger, safer and easier to clean. This 5-quart Dutch oven is designed to heat quickly and thoroughly for better browning, simmering, braising, and roasting. Hestan’s innovative cookware technology, Molecular Titanium, bonds thousands of titanium nano-layers to the 18/10 stainless steel construction, creating a brilliantly resilient cooking surface that is 4X harder than typical stainless steel, making the versatile pot resistant to scratching, staining, and salt pitting. This 100% nonreactive Dutch oven is fitted with ergonomic handles for a comfortable grip when cooking and serving, while the high-domed stainless steel lid locks in heat and flavor for fall off the bone creations. High heat and oven safe to a scorching 1050°F, this Italian handcrafted versatile kitchen work horse offers a lifetime of durability for culinary perfection.

The wok cooks very well and evenly! The handles get hot quickly so use an oven mitt or pan handler to hold on them. It is virtually non-stick if you use a little oil and get it up to the right temperature. As a suggestion, maybe have a long wooden handle instead of the two short side handles as they do in Chinese woks. It's easier to hold and cook with and won't get hot.. Roderic C.. Fri Jun 19 2026

A 3.5 quart braiser gives you a wide, shallow cooking surface for meals that start on the stovetop and finish in the oven. Sear chicken thighs, short ribs or pork shoulder directly in the pan, add aromatics and liquid, cover, and move the whole thing to the oven without reaching for a second dish. Heavy cast iron construction is the reason it works. Thick walls and a thick base take longer to come up to temperature than thin cookware, but they hold that temperature when cold food hits the surface, so meat browns instead of steaming and a sauce stays at a steady simmer. The porcelain enamel interior is fused to the iron, so there is no seasoning to build or maintain and no bare metal to react with tomatoes, wine, citrus or vinegar. Clean it with warm water, dish soap and a soft sponge or nylon brush. The fitted lid is cast with raised dimples across the underside. Steam rising from the food collects on those points and falls back onto the surface below instead of running off to the rim, so roasts, beans and vegetables stay moist through a long, slow cook. A solid brass knob sits at the center of the lid. Two wide loop handles give you a full grip with oven mitts on both sides, which matters once the pan is loaded and hot. The low profile means the braiser goes from the range straight to the table, so a family style meal can be served from the pan it was cooked in. The cream colored interior makes it easy to judge how far a sauce has reduced or how dark a fond has developed. Use it on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction cooktops, and in the oven up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees Celsius).

Bon Chef induction bottom hammered finish Cucina Braiser with Lid. Each cooking vessel interweaves 5 layers of highly conductive aluminum and stainless steel for optimal even heat distribution. Induction-ready cookware works with your induction stove, electric stove or gas stove for fast, even heating and your oven. Use for cooking and bringing right to your table for a beautiful presentation of your food. Handling instructions: Safe temperatures: -20 degrees F to a maximum temperature of 650 degrees F. Use only metal safe detergents and sanitizers. For heavily soiled conditions, presoak in soapy hot water.

The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.
