While this roaster is the perfect size (14qt) I specifically bought it because it says that there is a buffet server included...There is not. The product description is inaccurate - the server is only included with the 24qt size and the only place I found that information was the manual that came with it. However - when I informed Wayfair CS they did offer a replacement and were nice about it. It is a nice roaster.. Molly. Saint Ann, MO. Tue Oct 20 2026

Seems good quality. I have not tried it yet, but it is heavy and feels like it will last a while. About 23 inch drop under the tray and the tray fits well on the base. It will probably fit a large chicken or small turkey.. Mi. Mercer Island, WA. Sat Oct 17 2026

Roast and serve with confidence using the Gibson Home Johnstown 18 Inch Oval Stainless Steel Roaster Pan with Lid. Made from durable stainless steel, this oval roaster has a sleek silver mirror polish finish. The riveted handles provide a secure grip, and the domed lid helps lock in heat and moisture. This roaster is oven safe up to 500F and works on gas, halogen, electric, and vitroceramic cooktops. Hand wash only care helps preserve the polished finish and long lasting performance. It is a great choice for holiday meals, family dinners, and special occasions.

This pan is not as described. It is advertised as stainless steel, but it is clearly not made of stainless steel. I used it only once to roast meat, then washed and dried it properly. Despite this, both the lid and the bottom of the pan have already rusted after just one use. This is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be stainless steel. I would like a full refund or a replacement with a product that is actually made of stainless steel.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 02 2026

This roaster allows you to completely cook ribs in under an hour. It has an internal roasting rack that elevate ribs off the bottom of the roaster allowing them to steam in their own juices or other flavored liquids.

Perfect for doing ribs in the oven - they turn out so tender. My complaint is hotter heavy the roaster is and that it’s not easy to remove the lid (no handles) to check temp of meat - especially when it’s so hot!. Kim. Olcott, NY. Thu Feb 06 2025

No one can resist the hearty smell of a roast. To achieve a good roast it is important that the meat or other ingredients do not sit in their own juices too long. This roast pan is the ideal accompaniment. The grate is integrated into the pan, but it can also be removed so you can clean it quickly and easily. The roasting pan and grate measure 15.75 x 13.3 inches overall, so there is space even for large joints of meat. The meat or other roasted food sits on a high-quality grate, which allows liquids and fat to drain. This allows a crisp crust to develop. The stainless steel handles facilitate handling the pan during roasting. They stay pleasantly cold, so you can always pick up the roasting pan with a grate. Belgian designer Stefan Schöning's creation is classically simple and is made of high-quality multi-layer material. The grate has a coating, so fried food is easily removed. Any gravy that sticks to the pouring lip is easily removed. The pan is also finished with Silvinox®, an electrochemical surface treatment that reliably protects your new kitchen gadgets from discoloration. You will be able to make succulent, flavorsome roast dishes in this roasting pan.

Roast meat, poultry, and vegetables to perfection with this versatile large roaster. Holding up to a 20-lb. turkey, the heavy-duty stainless-steel roasting pan features tall, straight sides, which help prevent splatters and spills, while its upright handles ensure a secure hold when transporting the pan to and from the oven, even when wearing thick oven mitts. The roaster comes with a v-shaped nonstick roasting rack that elevates large cuts of meat to promote even heating, plus makes it easy to collect natural juices from the base of the pan for basting, glazing, or making gravy. Combining high-quality craftsmanship and long-lasting performance, this cookware offers a sleek polished exterior, warp-resistant strength, compatibility with all stovetops (except induction), and dishwasher-safe cleanup - perfect for everyday cooking and holiday entertaining alike.
