These arrived quickly and once put together look really nice and solid. Packages well to avoid scratches, etc. and will be a nice upgrade from my disposable ones. The 2 cons are that they require assembly, which most items like this don’t if purchased elsewhere. Assembly looked worse than it was though- first one took about 15 minutes, then the others only took about 5 minutes each. It’s just attaching the frame to the legs and then the base sterno tray into the legs. The other con worth mentioning is that unlike many other chaffing dishes of similar design, the frames of these do NOT stack into each other. I HIGHLY recommend silicone, nylon or wood utensils because they WONT scratch up the bowls. And if you really like the shiny finish, please DO NOT put in dishwasher. I like the quality of the pans and the lids. I will say however the part that holds the lid is a little short and the lid will move around if you aren’t careful.
