They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Edit well here I am three months later and all four chairs have bleached green. Wayfair wants me to send them back… I have to purchase boxes to get them sent back and I’m not doing that. These beautiful chairs arrived arrived quickly and well packed. Assembly was easy and quick. I would recommend using a drill and bit with an extender.
