I couldn’t be happier with this oversized rocking chair! Both my daughter (6) and I can actually fit on it together and exactly what I was looking for…comfortable, sturdy, and the perfect size for relaxing outside. Assembly was straightforward and fairly easy (although I did lose a bolt in the grass so I don’t recommend putting together in the grass) with clear instructions that made the process smooth. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I can already tell it’s going to get a lot of use. I also want to give a special shoutout to the Wayfair customer service team. I had a small issue with delivery, but they stepped in immediately and made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. They were responsive, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved quickly. Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the product and the service. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these. I spent so much time looking at the marketing photos trying to determine if the curved shape would be uncomfortable - but they are amazingly comfy. They were packed well, and the video showing how to put it together could not have made it simpler. The instructions say it takes 2 people but I'm 71 years old and put each together is 10-15 minutes without any issue. I love it! I’ve always wanted one and was finally able to get one! It was super easy to put together although I did get confused during step 5 but alas figured it out. ( It’s absolutely perfect and I’m on it every chance I get! You can feel the frame of it just a tad when sitting down on it but it personally doesn’t bother me and could easily be fixed if it ever does. I do have a small patio area but it still fits nicely as it’s just me and I don’t have any plans on catering to others. I would totally recommend this swing!
