Wayfair agent Toni was very helpful and is helping remedy the situation. I will be returning one chair in exchange for a replacement. Oh.So.Strong.&.Beautiful and a Quality item! I ordered this to try and match the Fleur de Lis Garden Bench. What you NEED to know, is this is a gold and black two tone finish. For me, I'll have to give it a black matte spray paint makeover so it will match the bench. No problem. It was easily assembled, with everything supplied to do so. Easy~Peasy! So far, my cat, Inspector Gadget, has not made it onto the Rocking Chair, but I'm holding out for a Kodak Moment ;).
