I really wanted to love this sink, however the sink itself is nice but the drain system has given my installer fits for many hours as there always seems to be a leak around the drain components. This is very attractive on its surface but if you live in North America the plumbing components do not align with North American standards and my plumber basically had to rig the set up and buy all new parts. The parts are plastic, flimsy and again are different sizes than needed. It also failed to come with the valve for the glass rinser, and to make matters more fun! This product is not eligible for support from Wayfair. Sadly I have already cut out my counter top to the size of this sink and Wayfair will not return nor support in making this sink work in our space. What a dream, the complaints about this sink are things that everyone just needs to be aware of. The sink slop isn’t angled enough to completely drain the water in it, so you will need to wipe it down and all of the buttons are close together so if you have a husband that doesn’t pay attention like mine didn’t, you will end up with water on your ceiling from the cup wash. Really nice sink! The material seems sturdy, and the color is nice. We wanted a single bowl, and this one is great because it’s deep and spacious! It also has a lot of fancy extras that are a nice perk. Unfortunately, the cup wash function is not pressure activated, so you have to be careful not to accidentally click that switch without anything on it. My only complaint is that the measurements do not account for the mounting brackets. We were replacing our old sink with this one, measured 3 times to be certain we got the right size, and it 33” without the mounting brackets. Not a big deal if you’re cutting out the countertop at the time of install, but ours was previously cut out, so it wouldn’t fit without shaving down the countertop 1/2 inch or grinding off the mounting bracket.
