It was time to replace a 20 year old granite sink. We had looked for a couple of months and nothing had stood out. This sink caught plenty of attention due to two things…first, the design and second, the basket strainers in the drains. The larger side is the perfect size for cleaning our pots, pans, and skillets (we cook a lot). The smaller side is ideal for washing vegetables or fruits. If you just need to rinse off any dishes, a standard drainer will set right down in the larger side (or at least the one we have does). A standard dishpan will fit in there too! Installation is fairly easy if you’re familiar with basic home repair and plumbing. I have to do some tile repair, so mine is a little more in-depth. This sink is a wonderful choice for any situation. I highly recommend this one. It’s stylish, practical, and looks absolutely amazing! The metal finish is a beautiful addition to any kitchen decor! Stunning! The sink has exceeded my expectations by far. The sink itself is beautiful and the honeycomb texture is extremely appealing. The quality of the sink is amazing, it’s thick, sturdy, and scratch resistant. The drain that comes with it has a basket to catch scraps and a plug. The rack at the bottom of the sink is very sturdy and looks nice. It also came with additional rubber feet so it would not damage the bottom of the sink. I love the drying rack as you can fold it up or stretch it out for half the length of the sink. The cutting board is thick and seems to be good quality but I will be adding a coat of beeswax to help preserve it. Arrived very well packaged and free of cracks. It is really heavy, and it will need a wood frame support built in the cabinet to support it, and probably two or mor people to put it in. But what a beauty! I installed it as a drop-in, having cut out the hole in the countertop. I had to adjust the cutout a few times so it could drop completely. Nice quality! Replaced a double sink down to a bigger open one - love the room! Sink is slanted so water drains, the coating on the outside muffles any noise from dropping dishes in the sink, and really looks good! The sink doesn’t come with the clips but just used silicone to seal it down. Not really worried as the weight of the sink should keep it well in place. It does come with a drying rack that sits on top - doesn’t work the greatest as when it’s bumped it just falls in the sink. Cutting board needs to be treated with a protective wax before using.
