The sink arrived in a box that was pretty beat up and we were worried about what shape it would be in. Fortunately that was just the outside layer and the box inside was intact and fully loaded with extra packing. The sink is beautiful but we won't be installing it for another few weeks so cannot comment on wear and tear. So far very happy with deliver time and the look of the product.. Allison. When received in a close, taped box, the sink was so old it was discolored and not shaped correctly. The four holes for the faucet were not openly drilled as indicated in the description. When I called the number to get instructions on returning the item as indicated by the advertisement on every page of the "catalogs", I was greeted by a raucous, irritating, repetitious music loop of a few seconds blaming covid issues, etc. for the delay. I turned the terribly annoying, obnoxious music down even though it, more quietly, created a painful presence. After almost 50 minutes of this, I hung up and texted my grievance. The response I received was, basically, too bad, so sad, the item was in an open box. I still have to pay for it, even though it is unusable and it is not as described which, according to a plumber friend of mine, said nothing about open-box and no-return policy? Nope! Not okay! I feel swindled! The product needs to be credited to my account and return information needs to be provided, because it is unusable. Please maintain your advertising and do so.. L.m..
