The first seat that I received had a problem with a constant leak from the drying outlet, just beside the nozzle. It leaked into the toilet whenever it was plugged in. I called the service at Wayfair, and they emailed me a Fedex return label within a few minutes, and shipped a new bidet seat. I installed the new on and the same thing happened!! I was so disappointed. I contacted the manufacturer at the email address on the box, and received a reply within 24 hours. A nice lady called Lisa asked me to send pictures and videos showing the problem, as well as a proof of purchase, which I did. She then wrote back with a solution and video instructions on how to fix the problem. I had to disassemble de device and move the float inside which was probably stuck. She assured me that any tinkering of that sort would not void the warranty. So I tried and it worked!! I now have a bidet seat in perfect working order. I give 5 stars for the excellent service at Wayfair and also at Empava!
