The contoured seat is contoured for comfort, and Quiet-Close™ technology eases the lid down without slamming. This durable plastic seat resists chips, wear, and stains. It does not slam and prevents pinched fingers while also being easy to remove for cleaning. With the sta-tite seat fastening system, the seat does not shift around and stays firmly attached to the toilet.

The best toilet seat I ever bought! I know it sounds stupid but I was skeptical about purchasing a plastic seat. I was afraid it would be flimsy and maybe feel funny but the color was perfect so I took a chance….and so glad I did! Aside from it being sturdy and the slow close working great, it’s so easy to clean and the color is baked right through. You don’t have to worry about cleaners removing the color as they do on a wood seat. I’ve had this for several months and it’s just like brand new! I’d recommend to anyone as there’s no down side!.
