Grill marks, indoors, all year. The Alva Nori 11-Inch Enameled Cast Iron Grill Pan has deep, precision-cast ridges that hold food clear of the rendered fat, so steaks and chops char in dark stripes instead of steaming in their own juices. The enamel finish needs no seasoning and cleans up without the ritual bare cast iron demands. Compatible with every cooktop including induction and oven safe to 500°F, so you can sear on the burner and finish under the broiler. No synthetic nonstick coating, and made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.
