As part of our HA1 nonstick collection, this double burner griddle is constructed of heavy gauge aluminum, and its interior is engineered with 3 layers of our high-performing, PFOA-free nonstick coating. This coating keeps food molecules from clinging to the surface, so it’s ideal for delicate or sticky foods. All in all, it offers professional performance and durability combined with an easy food release that's easy to clean for a convenient cooking experience. At the end of the meal, simply put it in the dishwasher or give it a quick hand washing and it's ready for the next one.

The double riveted handles are made from post-consumer recycled stainless steel and provide a comfortable and secure grip. This sustainable griddle is perfect for all your cooking needs, whether you're frying eggs, making pancakes, or sizzling your favorite breakfast or dinner recipe.

I just started using it. It seems fine. The size is good and the food doesn't roll off because of the raised sides. Sherry. St. Cloud, Fl.. Tue Feb 24 2026

This grill pan is perfect for grilling all food. The cast iron cookware is valued for its versatility on all cooking surfaces, flame, oven, induction, electric and its ability to retain heat and cook food evenly. While cooking, ridges allow excess fat and grease to drain, and the spouts on the edge allow for easy removal. The folding handle provides convenience while grilling and storing. The handle is removable for use in the oven. The superior cooking and ease with which it can be cleaned make Chasseur enameled cast iron the best choice for cookware.
