-The pan is big enough to serve a meal for 2. -Durability: Cast iron is incredibly durable. In fact, it’s not unusual for a cast iron pan to be used for decades without showing much wear or tear. -Nonstick: Another benefit of cast iron is that when it’s seasoned and used regularly, it’s fairly nonstick, for cooks who prefer to avoid potentially harmful nonstick substances, the -nonstick properties of cast iron are a huge plus. -Imparts Iron: The Cast iron even has a health benefit: uncoated cast iron tends to leach small amounts of iron into food as it cooks. -Serving plate will be your go-to statement piece at any dinner party. -If you have any questions, please contact us The Lava we will satisfy you with professional service. -Sauce pots not included.

Designed to be your everyday go-to, our Chatham collection features GreenPan’s signature healthy ceramic nonstick coating. For extra resilience, we reinforced it with diamonds so you can simmer, braise, and sear with ease (the best part: each and every piece is metal utensil safe). An ultra-tough hard-anodized aluminum body won’t warp, chip, or scratch no matter how many breakfasts, lunches, and dinners it turns out. Don’t be fooled by its 11” size: this grill pan is an expert at multitasking for every meal you dream up. From eggs and hash browns to fish and veggies, it’s got room to spare.

The Comal is an essential tool used in many applications such as in preparing tortillas, toasting spices, and roasting vegetables. its small size makes it ideal for an electric cooktop, and can even be used as a plate. Length 12 in, Width 12 in, Height 1.5in and Diameter 12 in. Most Comals sold in the United States are made of Cast Iron, but these are authentic clay Comals made with natural untreated clay (comal de barro) and coveted for their slow heat distribution. With use, the Comal becomes seasoned and like cast iron skillets or woks, they give food that little extra hint of flavor. Will last many years with proper use and care (each piece comes with a product information sheet outlining the Uses and Care for the product). Completely natural and safe, contains no toxins or lead.

Looks great, the only thing was that it did not come with instructions to care for and cure the Comal before use, so I had to look it up. I love it!. Sandra. US. Wed Mar 18 2026

STAUB makes exceptional cast iron cookware. While a joy to use my 10" cast iron fry pan, it's time to add to the collection a larger pan that will leave appealing sear marks on my steaks. Alas, the Staub Enamelware 12" Square Grill Pan and Press came with a couple of problems. I ordered the Graphite Gray, but received a green pan...a color that's not even carried by Wayfair. The cast iron surface on the inside is covered with scratches, and there is a tiny chip on the press. Customer Service rep Randi came to the rescue. She was helpful and efficient, and expedited shipment of the replacement pan in gray to arrive in 3 days.
