Just the perfect size for the fireplace wall that we are building. Fake wood inside makes it more realistic than crystals. The only one that I dont like is that its a little noisy. I cant handle this noise for a long time. Still keep it since its visually what I am looking for but if you want a fireplace no noise its not this one.. Oksana. Panama City Beach, FL. Control is easy with the included multifunctional remote or intuitive touch buttons on the unit. Built-in overheat protection adds peace of mind for households with children or pets, so you can relax and enjoy the realistic logs and dancing flames in complete comfort.

I ordered this and assembled it for a family member. The mantel needs to be assembled and it took about an hour. All you really need is a screwdriver. The material was a decent quality and it fit together well. Even the faux stone surround, which I thought could look cheesy, looks good. Mounting the electric insert was probably the most "challenging" and that only took a handful of screws. Overall the recipient was very pleased with it. The built-in heater works well for a small room space. We like that it has a timer so you can "set and forget" it, especially if one has a habit of falling a sleep in their living room chair. We gifted the recipient a small stand-alone speaker that makes a variety of fire crackling sounds. While no one would mistake these for real fireplaces, they are much safer, cleaner, and can still create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.. Brian. NJ. Mon Oct 12 2026

Initially the heating component of it gave off an odor, but once that burned off (with open windows), we haven't noticed a smell. The heater takes the chill off in the morning. Nice to have an anti tip kit for safety. The mantel was heavier than expected, which was great to see. Comes in two heavy boxes.. Ashley. Hampton, NH. Sun Oct 18 2026

The fireplace was exactly what we wanted to complete the look in our new home! I took one star off because the first time we went to put the glass on the front it shattered, and we had to order a replacement. Christine. FL. Sat Aug 01 2026
