Tips to ensure the suction cups stay attached: 1.Make sure the window surface is clean before application. 2.Wash the suction cups under warm water (140F) for five minutes to remove any dust and to soften the material. 3.Dry the suction cups thoroughly. 4.Apply firm pressure to attach the suction cup to the surface, make sure that there are no air bubbles trapped between the suction cup and the window surface. 5.Confirm that the bed is secure. Differences in temperature and humidity may impact the suction cup's flexibility, leading to the formation of air bubbles and which can lead to a potential detachment from the surface. Make sure to test the system often and clean both the surface and suction cups whenever needed.

That is approved! It was easy to install, just need to remember not to tighten all the screws until at the very end (otherwise you wont be able to get all holes to match), it also helped that I tightened the screws by lifting the bed sideways up, so it was a bit tilted when I put the last screw in and once that was halfway in, I straightened it all to levelled. This item is usable, but had some issues. The instructions were incorrect and confusing, although ultimately I was able to put this together. Even the video (QR code) included is not clear. The instructions sheet addresses the possibility of missing pieces, but does not tell you whom to contact if this happens (the sentence just ends with a comma, as if they just forgot to insert the contact). It came with a toy, but the insert where you place to toy does not match the toy, so could not use this part. It also came with two covers, but only one hoop. Not sure if it was to give you a choice, but the instruction sheet shows two hoops and a picture of a double-tiered hammock so this was just ultimately confusing.
