The dresser has a really nice modern look, and the black oak color looked beautiful right out of the box. Unfortunately, two of the pieces arrived broken during delivery, so we weren’t able to fully assemble it yet. The good thing is that Wayfair responded very quickly when I reached out and immediately started helping resolve the issue, which I really appreciated. From what I could see, the design and overall appearance are very nice, and I think this was more of a shipping issue than a product issue. I really did love this purchase although it was a little annoying!!! First, I would like to say that the instructions were a little bit confusing because I prefer detailed captions along with the illustrations so it took a while to assemble this dresser so be patient with yourself. I would recommend setting all of the pieces out and reading over the booklet before assembling, otherwise the quality is great. The only reason I’m giving this dresser a 4* rating is the customer service !!! I received it and a very big amount of the parts were damaged or broken. No questions asked, they sent me a brand new one! However, it’s a pretty poor quality. The drawers don’t slide in smoothly and get stuck all the time. There is a separate piece that goes in the frame of the face of the drawers and is not properly glued to the frame so it all moves as you open the drawers. I had to glue them all myself so it doesn’t drive me crazy every time I open it. If you are looking for a quality dresser- I would not recommend this one!
