I really did love this purchase although it was a little annoying!!! The dresser has a really nice modern look, and the black oak color looked beautiful right out of the box. Unfortunately, two of the pieces arrived broken during delivery, so we weren’t able to fully assemble it yet. The good thing is that Wayfair responded very quickly when I reached out and immediately started helping resolve the issue, which I really appreciated. From what I could see, the design and overall appearance are very nice, and I think this was more of a shipping issue than a product issue. No questions asked, they sent me a brand new one! However, it’s a pretty poor quality. The drawers don’t slide in smoothly and get stuck all the time. There is a separate piece that goes in the frame of the face of the drawers and is not properly glued to the frame so it all moves as you open the drawers. I had to glue them all myself so it doesn’t drive me crazy every time I open it. If you are looking for a quality dresser- I would not recommend this one!
