At first I was skeptical about the hot tub. I had read reviews and watched YouTube videos. When it arrived the set up was simple. Its easier to watch a YouTube video than follow the instructions. Blow up time was literally less than 10 minutes. It hasnt deflated by it self which I read and the water holds temperature well. I highly recommend getting the insurance. This was so easy to set I’m a female that is only 5 ft tall once I had it place the inflation was so easy. I did watch a YouTube video to make sure I was doing it correctly. Took 2 hrs to fill it and about 20 hrs to heat . The only thing that I feel would be helpful is if they could supply some starter chemicals for spa hot tub. I had been researching hot tubs for a while and reading reviews before I committed to this one. I decided on this model and it is fantastic!!! I am a teacher and wanted a hot tub to help me destress after a long day. This hot tub is perfect. it was easy to set up and it is easy to maintain. It has become my favorite way to end the day. Received it June 2023 and set it up in July, took down in September for the winter. We just put it back up (May 2024) and and it leaks air from the air intake valve. Did trouble shooting, tried to tighten it and still leaks. We wasted our money. Index is honoring the 1 year warranty but not too hopeful that will fix it. So disappointed it was only used for 3 moths!! UPDATE Intex sent us a new tub, warranty held up. It has held up now 2 summers!!! Update got replacement still working great after 3 years. Barb.
