Bought this in the 71" width so it's a fairly large desk. The height is very comfortable and the desk itself is spacious (depth as well). I wish that I could give it 4.5 stars due to the assembly as some parts weren't labeled, instructions weren't clear, and too many screws! I also don't understand why the top is divided into 4 pieces as it makes the even alignment of the edges more difficult (you can see the edges in the photo attached). It's not as if the 4 pieces vs 1 single piece makes the box lighter or easier to turn the table on its legs once assembly is finished. The tables are being used in an office and will work for our needs. They came quickly and were easy but time consuming to assemble. This is a stunning, substantial piece for my townhome's office/den. I love the black iron bar that runs through it. Great material and color juxtaposition to the solid wood. The bar is both stylish and functional as a foot rest. No ottoman needed! One caution - the walnut is much more light cherry-ish than medium brownish walnut wood, so it hardly looks like the product photo, but thankfully it still comes across as modern, as I didn't want a traditional-looking desk.
