These doorknobs are NICE! I wanted them to match the other glass knobs in my house and they seem to be of a much higher quality, BUT I had to do a stop gap to install them as the brass knobs I took out are very old and have the skeleton key lock attached to the knob assembly, so until I can chisel a larger hole for the latch and strike plate that came with the new knobs it’s only up for its beauty, the brass around the knob is a perfect match to what was there as you can see from the keyhole in the picture.. We had this brand at our old house. They have since changed up the inner workings which in one case is great and in another bad. The good part is the door knobs no longer get screwed on and thats a huge plus. The bad part is the door can be shut with the door in the locked position. It doesnt unlock unless the interior knob is turned. The knobs can also bind up if the faceplate is attached too tight to the door. Even with these downsides...it is a nice set and plan on purchasing a dozen more.. John. WV. Tue Sep 22 2020

Absolutely in love with this door knob!! The quality is fantastic - the door knob itself is very heavy and just beautiful. The gold is the perfect antique tone, not too yellow and not too green. Installation was a breeze. We are already getting a lot of compliments on them. UPDATE: 5 years later they are still gorgeous. They're not high traffic items in my house but they do get used a few times a week (door push open/close). Highly, highl recommend.. Meesh. Toronto, ON. Tue Jun 09 2026

I just redid my bathroom and was wanting to upgrade the doorknob. The ageless iron with the Krystal knob was perfect! It came with all the hardware. It had the option to add a lock to it as well, I opted out so the grandchildren don’t lock themselves in.. Jill. Athens, GA. Wed Sep 16 2026
