This doorknob was the perfect fit from my tiny craftsman house and felt high quality. It took me a while for to complete a project and install it, and when I did, one of the glass doorknobs immediately fell off. I tied fixing several times but could not securely reattach it, and by then product was past the 30 day return/resolve window. The doorknob and matching hinges are perfect otherwise. This doorknob was the perfect fit from my tiny craftsman house and felt high quality. It took me a while for to complete a project and install it, and when I did, one of the glass doorknobs immediately fell off. I tied fixing several times but could not securely reattach it, and by then product was past the 30 day return/resolve window. The doorknob and matching hinges are perfect otherwise. I just contacted the maker and they got back to me right away, waiting on a fix, fingers crossed. Otherwise love this and would like to get more to match my other doors.. Colleen. Santa Cruz, CA.
