This was the only place i could find a door to fit my opening (84x44). The door us very hefty. I needed a header board as hokes in the railing didn't line up with studs. If your opening is up against a wall you'll probably need one. I got the soft close mechanisms and they work really well.. Kirk. New Braunfels, TX. Wed Oct 07 2026

Package arrived, and it was a miracle none of the pieces fell out. My hat is off to the delivery driver, who must have worked hard to deliver all together. I just completed the staining using coffee which gave it a beautiful golden brown color, the wood took it well and I was pleased with the quality of the wood and frosted glass. I then added a couple of coats of tung oil which I do not recommend. I sanded it down and stained it again, but this time applied one coat of satin varnish and wow, turned out beautiful!!. Debra. This product is very solid and high quality. Only thing I didn’t like was that the satin nickel rail is 3 pieces for an 8 foot rail. Makes installation more difficult than a one or two piece rail. The other door I purchased used a black rail that was 2 pieces. Other than that the door is solid and easy to assemble but very heavy. I wasn’t expecting it to be so heavy but it is a 48 x 84 solid door so it makes sense. Love having full access to our closet now!. Neal. Billerica, MA. Tue Sep 08 2026

This barn door was the perfect solution to our gaining the use of our whole corner of our bedroom while providing the privacy needed for our bathroom! Prior to installing this door we had a standard bathroom door which when opened cut off the whole corner of our bedroom and pressed upon my nightstand. I hated to walk into my room to see this.
