The first door I received came in a beat-up box and had a hole in it. Wayfair returns were super easy, and I had another door a couple of days later. My door opening was 30x80, so I got the 28" door. My contractor installed wider trim to cover up the gap and trimmed the door and door jamb to fit the opening. He had no issues installing this door. I am very pleased with the end result and with my Wayfair experience!. Joy. US. Mon Sep 14 2026

We received door damaged. The finish was chipped off and the door had been dropped on the corner. When I contacted Wayfair about the door the customer service rep was not able to help me. The business rep was able to help and get the exchange initiated. Replacement was a disaster with needing to pay for the second door to be shipped before first door was picked up and refunded. Second door arrived. Panel was smashed through and frame was cracked where door knob gets installed. It was again a hassle to return with photos and four different agents needing to be a part of the process, and no one able to help until the business rep supervisor. Third door arrived. Again, broken where door knob gets installed. Overall I DO NOT RECOMMEND this door, as shipping and quality are extreme issues. No compensation was offered for the irritation, delay, or lack of usable product, with no consideration to the four weeks it added to our remodel project. Very unfortunate situation and failed interactions on Wayfair’s part.. Contracted Installer. Chesterfield, VA. Mon May 04 2026
