We ordered the walnut finish for an office makeover. Super sleek and added lots of character to the space. We purchased separately inset matte black square pulls which looked more expensive than going with the round silver stock design. Would definitely order again.. Mj. LA. Sun Jun 28 2026

The door looks beautiful and is good quality. My only reservation is that you really need to attach your own handle or knob to it because the lock/pull area is very shallow to grip.. Melissa. Silver Spring, MD. Sat Oct 03 2026

A pocket door is a door that you can hide when you don’t need it. It slides inside the wall and disappears when open. A pocket door differs from other sliding doors or barn doors, which remain visible all the time. Pocket doors work well in spaces where clearance is a concern. If you have a narrow hallway that doesn’t allow for a standard door to swing open without hitting another wall or furniture, a pocket door would be a perfect solution. Pocket doors are ideal for master suites, kitchen pantries, laundry rooms, powder rooms, or closets. They are also ideal for open floorplans that you might want to occasionally close off. CALHOME-painted pre-finished doors are made of high-quality MDF, a composite material milled in a one-piece frame to withstand changes in heat and humidity better than solid wood. Each door is carefully crafted to ensure quality over time. These doors are designed for use with a pocket frame system. Pocket doors are a space-saving solution. They are great. They installed in about a half hour with all the trimming to fit in the opening. You can see a slight blemish on the door which is odd since they were shopped in wooden boxes. But the door pull will go over it. Didn’t put the round ones on. Bought replacements to match another door in the room.. Kimberly. San Leandro, CA. Wed Jan 19 2022

Please Note: To ensure maximum freight protection and prevent transit damage, this complete set ships across multiple packages as an un-machined, knocked-down prehung system (assembly required). All components arrive unbored, giving you full control over handle height and installation preferences. Q: Can this door be trimmed to fit my existing opening? A: Yes. The solid core construction allows up to 0.5 inches of trimming per edge (top, bottom, left, right) to fit unique rough openings seamlessly. Please note that hollow core doors are not recommended for trimming, as cutting may compromise their structural integrity. Q: How does the track joint help with installing a double pocket door? A: The included alignment joint for double doors connects two track channels seamlessly, ensuring zero height misalignments or bumpy gaps when sliding two indoor doors together. Q: Can I paint or stain the door to match my existing décor? A: Yes! Both the white primed door panels and the natural pine wood door panels are fully paintable and stainable. The smooth, factory-primed surface (on white doors) and the natural wood grain (on pine doors) are ready to accept paint or stain, allowing you to achieve any color or finish that complements your interior design. Q: What are the benefits of including a pocket lock with this door system? A: The pocket lock adds an extra layer of privacy and security to your space. It allows you to securely close off rooms such as bathrooms, bedrooms, or home offices when needed, while maintaining the clean, seamless look of a pocket door. The lock is designed for smooth operation and integrates discreetly into the door edge, so it doesn't interfere with the sliding function or the overall minimalist aesthetic. Q: What is the return process for this door slab? A: Please keep the original packaging and repack the door in its original condition to ensure a smooth return process.
