We purchased these 5-light clear glass French doors for an angled wall we had built in our lower level to enclose our exercise room, and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out. First, these doors arrived incredibly well packed. The packaging provided excellent protection, and the doors arrived in perfect condition. They are also very substantial and heavy—so heavy that the FedEx delivery driver actually offered to bring them into the house for us! Once installed, the quality really impressed us. These doors are every bit as well built as a custom-made set, but at a much better price. They have a solid, substantial feel and look beautiful in our space. The clear glass lets us see into the exercise room while still giving the room a finished, enclosed look. The doors came with everything needed for installation, which made the process much easier. I also really appreciated that they arrived already primed, so they only needed a coat of paint to finish them off. We did change out the included hardware to coordinate with the hardware on the other doors in our home, but that was simply a personal design choice. These doors completely transformed what could have been an ordinary opening into a beautiful architectural feature. Excellent quality, substantial construction, well packaged, and a great value compared with custom doors. We are extremely happy with them!. Annette. Louisville, KY. Mon Sep 21 2026

𝐃𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐥𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲.This French door system brings timeless symmetry and effortless access to your home. The key difference between the two options is that the Black version includes a jamb, which is designed for a complete rough opening installation, whereas the Satin Nickel version does not include a jamb, making it the ideal choice for replacing existing French doors without full frame demolition. Both interior French door systems feature solid-core slabs and deliver timeless symmetry and effortless access to your home. Each set arrives in three protective packages with all required hardware included—hinges, ball catches, and matching handles. The hands-free ball catch mechanism lets you push or pull either door open smoothly for convenient everyday traffic. If you choose Black: You will receive a complete frame kit for a quick and straightforward assembly that takes only about 25 minutes. If you choose Satin Nickel: You will receive blank, 𝐮𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 slabs that allow you to route hinge pockets and handle holes to fit your existing frame perfectly—saving you time, mess, and unnecessary demolition costs. Installation Overview: Dual Active Leaves: Both doors swing independently – open left, right, or both at once. Height Adjustable: Frame components allow fine-tuning to fit your opening. Tools Needed: Router and nail gun recommended for top ball catch mortising and frame assembly. Q: Why three boxes instead of one? A: Traditional large double-door frames often twist in transit. Three separate boxes ensure safe delivery and better product packing protection. Q: Do I need to turn a handle to open the door? A: No. The ball catch lets you push or pull the door open without twisting any hardware. Q: Can both doors be used independently? A: Yes. Each panel has its own ball catch, so either side opens on its own. Q: What rooms is this best for? A: Dining rooms, pantries, master closets, home offices, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry rooms – anywhere you want open access with optional privacy. Q: What if I only need one door instead of two? A: This system is designed as a double-door set. For single-door applications, please refer to our single slab door offerings.

Q: How well does it block sound? A: Solid core panels outperform hollow doors significantly – reducing conversation noise, TV sound, and household bustle. Q: Is assembly difficult? A: The system is designed for straightforward assembly. Two people are recommended for easier handling during installation. Q: Where is this system best used? A: Master bedrooms, home offices, studies, pantries, walk-in closets, and dining room dividers – anywhere you want openness with optional privacy. Q: Can I use this system for an exterior door? A: This system is designed for interior use only and is not recommended for exterior applications. Q: What if I only need one door leaf instead of two? Our door came without any defects. Painting it with the glass film on, and then trimming it away with an x-axto knife was a breeze and very satisfying. We’re happy with the quality of the trim/casing as well and how easy it was to install. It was our first door installation, and much easier than we anticipated.. Rachel. Connersville, IN. Overall good, but a few details that might be helpful to others. This applies to my case, which was the 84" by 84" size. - Door was not pre-hung as described (it comes with the frame hardware but you need to hang it) - The doors are HEAVY. I saw 100lbs and assumed it was for both doors + hardware/frame. Each door is close to 100lbs itself (and because these are french doors you end up trying to hang two 100lb doors). Just a lot of work. A. Benjamin. Woodside, CA. Tue Apr 18 2023
