This fireplace has been such a wonderful addition to my home. I am disabled was able to do the very small amount of “installation” required by myself -one has to screw the legs onto the unit. As the unit itself is lightweight, all is provided, instructions are simple clear, this was a simple, very doable task. I use this fireplace every day. It adds a lovely ambiance to my living room that everyone comments on enjoys. It puts out quite a bit of heat for a smaller size unit, comes with remote control, has many options as well the ability to pair it with one’s phone. I highly recommend this product, particularly for anyone disabled like me or those looking for a smaller size unit that packs a big punch in every way. There is no assembly except you have to take out two screws to release the glass so that you can add in a few branches that gives the flames depth. The large scale, black mirror-like glass finish, and linear design will really complement the modern living room remodel I am doing. When I ordered it, I was a little concerned about how noticeable the control buttons on the front would be but I think they are clean and unobtrusive as they are recessed a bit. I was looking for something cool to do on this wall to make it like a feature in our living room. When I found this recessed wall mounted electric fireplace. I was super excited. I thought this would be the perfect thing to make that wall a feature. I have an appointment with our contractor next week to get this officially installed in the wall. Putting it together was very easy. It came with everything you need except for a screwdriver, you take out 2 screws to place all of your crystals and wood. You can really place them however you want, which I thought was cool. It comes with a remote, which is awesome. This thing changes to so many colors. It is so cool you can make your flame any color and the lights under the rocks any color. I really like the different color combinations. And this thing actually puts out heat perfect for those chilly nights in the fall in winter. The colors are super bright and bold. I was not expecting it to be such high-quality. My contractor says the installation will be a breeze. He suggested placing it eye level when sitting to make it a focal point. This fireplace is gorgeous and I highly recommend it.
