After three hours of assembling the fireplace, I was pleased with it. Heats up my living room nicely, but the fan or blower is louder than I expected. I like using the remote control and being able to adjust the heat and flame.. Michele. Boulder, CO. Fri Jul 03 2026

This fireplace features a high quality solid wood frame with a sturdy texture. Solid craftsmanship creates a solid and cozy tone for your home.

The fireplace is lovely. Perhaps I should have gone with the white in my space but it looks good nonetheless. I wish there was a crackling fire sound effect included for this price point. I’ll have to come up with my own system. It’s solid, my 20lb cat jumps to the mantle without shaking it. Last point the metal grille is painted to look “antiqued”. It makes it look a bit plastic, but it’s the details in the wood surround that really make the fireplace.. Ja. Seattle. Tue Mar 17 2026

Because the flames function with or without heat, you can enjoy the ambiance in any season. It also features an automatic safety shutoff and thermal overload protection for added peace of mind.

Absolutely adorable fireplace! I wanted an electric fireplace but the mantel box styles are too big and clunky. This is much more charming! I did not to permanently affix the stack plate to the wall so that I have the freedom to move it and store in another room it during summer months or add decoration on top. Puts out a great amount of heat too which was my primary reason for purchase as we needed some form of auxiliary heat. As far as faux flames go this truly is beautiful and doesnt give off "faux" or "cheap" whatsoever! BUY IT!. Ryanne. Yorktown, VA. Thu Oct 22 2026

The fireplace is very pretty in our front entry. Produces heat to keep a 8'x20' room quite comfortable. Creates a cosy and welcoming room. Only downside was in assembly. The screws had 2 points and the 1 Point went through the head of the screw. Screw driver wouldn't fit. My husband had some screws on hand that worked. This could have been a wonderful 5-star review ... if only the fireplace worked. The mantel looks wonderful. I love my room with it in it. But this is supposed to be an electrical fireplace, not merely a piece of furniture. It's supposed to heat the room and to display a realistic looking flame. It did none of that when I got it. The remote doesn't work at all. And ever since it arrived, nearly a month ago, I've been trying to get someone to help me fix or replace this. After a few phone calls they promised to send a replacement for the firebox. But then I got an email saying the replacement was canceled. It turns out that was an error. I did get a package, but I had no idea what it was. No indication it came from Wayfair. It didn't look like the firebox. It was some sort of transformer/converter, with all print in Chinese, which I can't read. I finally spent an hour on the phone with a very nice lady at Wayfair, and we figured out that the transformer fixed part of the problem. I got heat! But the remote still doesn't work and I can't access most functions. And if I turn the heat on, I need to burn my fingers to turn it off on the fireplace without the remote. So I'm waiting for a new remote. To be continued ..... Monica. Cambria, CA. Sat Jan 31 2026
