Ordering, communication re shipping and expected delivery date, etc. were all easy and accurate. The fan weighs more than I was expecting so it will take some adjustment to wearing it while I power walk. The adjustable air flow is a welcome feature. I do have to increase the volume of the music on my headphones to offset the noise from the fan, especially at high speeds. I ordered this outdoor misting fan from tried and true. It is really big and the airflow is nice. It's really heavy so it has to be mounted in something sturdy. The water tank is also a good size.
