Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. I have an entertainment center made by the same brand that is amazing so I figured I would give this a chance and it did not disappoint. It is very sturdy and I love the color of the top. The only thing we did have to do is cutout the back where the refrigerator sits because it was not giving enough air circulation, so our refrigerator would not set itself to the coolest setting so our drinks were warm even after a week so until we finally removed the backing on that side is it able to regulate itself in our drinks are perfect.
