Upgrade your kitchen with the 48-inch Induction Range and Convection Oven from Induction Hardware, designed for homeowners who demand both luxury and performance. This compact yet powerful range combines chef-quality induction cooking with a feature-rich convection oven, delivering faster, safer, and cleaner cooking than traditional gas or electric appliances. The induction cooktop uses advanced magnetic technology to heat cookware directly, boiling water in under 90 seconds while maintaining unmatched low-heat precision for simmering delicate sauces. Its European ceramic glass surface, made in France, is tough, scratch-resistant, and cool to the touch when cookware is removed — offering industry-leading safety and effortless cleaning. With professional cast-metal knobs, subtle LED accents, and haptic feedback, you’ll enjoy both form and function in your everyday cooking. Inside, the true convection oven is engineered for versatility. With built-in Air Fryer, Dehydrator, and Pro Pizza Modes, you can cook everything from crispy fries to authentic New York–style pizza at home. The oven reaches up to 660°F sustained heat, while precision is ensured with the included digital meat probe.

I absolutely love this range. There are multiple burner sizes and the weighted control knobs provide controlled, tactile feedback which I greatly prefer over digital burner controls! The ranges are also wonderful and I like the slide out sturdy rack system. If I could improve this item, I would make an adapter shelf to fill the hole in the air fryer rack when you remove the actual basket because if you leave the rack in without the basket then there is a big hole in the very nice slide out rack which feels wasteful because it then requires removal of the entire unit instead of just the basket .. I LOVE our new GE induction range. I have to admit, I was pretty uncertain about how I would feel about the change. The thing that bothered me the most was that my favorite skillet would no longer work well on the induction range. My husband purchased a beautiful cast iron skillet that I now love just as much. The range itself really does heat instantly. It can boil tap water in about a minute -- crazy! It is as easy to control as a gas range. The only down side of the range is on one side there are two burners that can be tethered together and operated together for a large pan - think rectangular pancake skillet. This feature is dumb because while the range top has markings indicating there would be even heating on the entire side of the range, including between the burners, that does not happen and you just have two separate hot spots on one large pan. I don't know why they did this. As to the oven, it is spacious -- you could definitely do a turkey. One of the racks pulls out of the oven, which is great. This means when you are doing something heavy or something you need to baste frequently, you don't have to lift it out of the oven -- you just pull out the rack. I like all of the features including the air frier. I should note that this is difficult to initially set up because the air frier will only work via an app on your phone. This means you need to set it up with wifi and that was pretty complicated. Once done, it's done forever (I hope!). The oven does not heat instantly like the range or like a gas range, but it also does not take as long as our old range. I feel like it takes about 12 - 13 minutes to heat up to 450, for example. The heat is even. I haven't used the self cleaning feature, but am glad it exists. I am also pleased with the storage drawer under the oven. It is large and easy to pull out.. Mary In Nor Cal. Outstanding electric range by GE. WiFiBluetooth, all the bells whistles. Obviously it is extremely easy to clean, just wipe go. I usually just use a damp paper towel it comes out sparkling! It has a super sleek modern look! I’ve got a ton of compliments on it. Heats up quick cooks food evenly. Digital buttons are easy to use, although sometimes they go off when wipingcleaning the display panel but that’s to be expected but u can push the lock button beforehand. I haven’t cooked in the oven yet but did a self clean (your choice of time) when I first got it per recommendation. I would highly recommend this electric range!. Michelle. Novi, MI. Wed Mar 24 2021

This is the jewel of my brand new kitchen! It’s gorgeous to look at and cooks like a dream. Everyone that comes over oooh’s and aaah’s at it. They are so jealous of my range... I love it! Glass top is easy to clean, the front panel, not so much. The touch control panel is extremely sensitive. Somehow I keep turning on the steam clean function while I’m cleaning it. All in all, a superb choice! Delivery was great. They unboxed it before they brought it in so I had no boxes to take out. It was very nicely protected from the factory too.. Cheryl. Jacksonville, FL. It’s only been two weeks but so far induction has one me over in a big way. I haven’t baked much yet and the broiler seems slightly underpowered than gas, but not a big deal at all with the excellence in the cooktop. Hoping my experience remains solid.. Dadekian. Coventry, RI. Fri May 15 2026
